Can I be terminated for checking myself into a drug treatment program?

I live in Missouri and I voluntarily entered a drug treatment center. I've never been accused of using drugs or alcohol at work and passed all the UA gave me. Now they say I can tell by his "zero tolerance." They can do this legally? I'm sure it's illegal. If you live in an "at will" state, yes. This means that the work at will. It can be fired for something that is not protected. It depends on what the policy states the company in writing. If he says it is a "zero tolerance", which might well say. Even if you did your UAS, still have admitted to using drugs in the treatment control (even if it was the smartest thing to do, and deserves credit for it). Good luck. Missouri is a job in the state. This means that if you belong to a union or an employment contract, you can shoot for any reason or no reason. That have occurred in a treatment program for substance abuse, provided there publicly admitted having a drug problem, so whether or not it has passed the previous tests is now out of people with drug problems not are a class protected by the EEOC, so it certainly can let go. uh.did you go on vacation? That pertty much an admission of guilt. Mzou should work. If they can not fire is the problem (they are). You will be eligible for U / and when they do? I bet you do not, you may terminate your employment because you are an "at will" employees. Most states have "at will" clause in which they can terminate your employment for any reason, but not all acts that violate his civil rights (ie, discrimination, retaliation, etc.) it seems that the drug problem is a personal problem that is causing it ran out of time to work.I Inform your employer that you want to register for FLMA (Family sick leave law) because of your medical problems and has an approval from the doctors you need help, this should include a couple of weeks. Good luck.
